The man who repaired my oven became moody with me saying the next time my oven needs we repaired it can’t be warranted.. However it said he was not gone charge me for the labor . The oven had to be repaired in less than three months. If you spending over $200.00 you expect your appliance to continue working. If o should need to use A&E I don’t feel comfortable with this person coming to do it. Also I think the company needs to find another part supplier if the part or parts gone last only a few months. Brian was professional but the other gentleman was not.

Jeff was out the next day and had our washer repaired In a jiffy! I have been relying on the "Real" A&E in Roseville for parts and information ever since my dad took me there to get parts, back in 1950 or 1951. You have always treated me well. Thanks to Jeff and to A&E for providing trusted support!
