I waited for appointment 9-1 Service guy shows up at 230 . Then he said we don’t work on this kind of washing machine. He left
Unfortunately, when this order was dispatched to us via a third party — it did not include a brand or description of your issue. We do have a list set up of which brands we do and don’t work on. The only thing I can conclude to these minor errors happening within the scheduling department due to a system change over on the third parties end. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. And I did bring your concern up the chain to hopefully get your washer addressed from another vendor ASAP.
