Customer stated washing machine was not completed its cycle and was making a lot of noise during diagnostic found suspension rods at fault.

Install motor and timer assembly

"Install belt, pulley and glide"

"Customer says getting off balance, not spinning properly, shutting off prematurely. Machine is level and feet are good. Spins fine when put to spin. Watched full cycle, no issues. Have customer monitor."

Install installed motor also needs timer ordered

Installed suspension test all okay

Replaced high limit.

"Installled new motor, blower wheel and idler pulley. Tested operation, good."

Start winding on motor only clicks. Order motor and switch.

"Install new cam gear and pulley assembly on amana top load washer. Customer said unit was not going into spin cycle properly and was making a clicking noise due to bad cam assembly. Actuator, engaging and disengaging correctly.; used 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"

Repaired wire and timer. N/c

Washing machine needs a new cam gear installed actuator working correctly Install visit set up for Saturday at noon.

Installed motor

"Obstruction in motor. Needs new motor and idler pulley. Bring blower as well. WP691366, 279827 and WP694089 needed.; schdld next appmnt for 1/5 MON !"

Removed obstruction from vent.

Removed obstruction from dryer lint shoot.

Installed new suspension and clip test all operations okay

Customer states washing machine not properly draining water after cycle has been complete. Found oil leak leaking out of the transmission and clutch making noise when it spins.

Looks like h it was exposed to water possible flood. Motor pulley and windings rusty also transmission bearings loud.
