Customer stated water leaking from front load washing machine made by whirlpool units still very new recently installed. Pulled both washer and dryer stack unit out found drain holes disconnected from washing machine. Customer stated that that would make sense. Because they were pretty much leaking water from the beginning to end of wash cycle. Reconnected drain holes checked for any other leaks unit working as designed no other related issues collected 110 paid by credit card.

This company did a great job from the start! Servicing our Speed Queen dryer was a hassle free thanks to them. They came out right away, evaluated, ordered new part and installed new part all within a week! No wonder Speed Queen had them at the top of the list as an area referred service company!
