First time using A&E and they could not service my washing machine. That was not due to any fault of theirs, the manufacturer stopped making parts some years ago. I believe the A&E team diligently worked to find a part, there just were none. Brian the tech explained everything thoroughly and kept me posted as the part search continued. I plan to use A&E in the future when I have a need. A&E should be commended for customer oriented service, competitive pricing, easy scheduling, and competent field / office personnel.

This was the first time I called A & E appliance for a repair. They were able to schedule me for the very next day. Jeff was on time, very polite, very knowledgeable and thorough. I will not hesitate in the future if I need repairs on any of my appliances.
