I was impressed at how quickly we were able to get service. We’ve used A&E a couple times now and we’ve been very pleased. Brian diagnosed the problem we had, unfortunately, Bosch no longer makes the part we needed, but my husband, who is a retired toolmaker was able to make the part and solve the problem. So glad to have my oven all back together! Highly recommend Brianna’s A&E.

I called A&E for a service on my dishwasher. They came out the next day. Austin was able to repair it and had the needed part on his truck. Thank you Austin for a job well done. The price was reasonable. Being on a fixed income the cost was reasonable and something I could manage. If I ever need any other appliance repairs, I would definitely ask for Austin. He was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant.
