Customer Service Representative / Parts Sales
Our Office Representatives are our backbone and the customer’s first experience with A&E Appliance. They are also the go to person for both our customers and technicians and are problem solvers. We are seeking an efficient and patient individual that will enjoy working on a team and assisting our customers in a fast paced environment.
Our customers reach out to us because they have an appliance that isn’t operating properly. Inquiring about service or a part and it’s our job to get their unit up and running again as quickly and painlessly as possible. Our front line representatives are a critical part of this goal.
NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES
Appliance parts lookups and sales
Assisting with ordering, taking stock and checking in various appliance parts
Answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers
Scheduling service calls and following up on incomplete jobs
Assisting in routing technicians
Supporting field technicians as needed
If you have no experience in the trade, please do not let that deter you if you meet the qualifications below. If you are willing to learn the appliance repair business, we will teach you.
High School Diploma or GED
Problem Solving Skills

Ability to speak/write concisely and professionally
Basic computer and reading skills
Customer service experience a plus
