Customer stated washing machine banging around in the basement. Ask customer what she was washing. She said she only had one or two things inside the washing machine at the time. I suspect the washing machine was just on balanced due to the two towels she was washing recommend if she was gonna do a load to do a full-size load suspension is nice and stiff tub has zero play

I would have loved to give 5 stars since they were able to fix our dryer same day but the service overall was lacking. The dryer and washer were left out in our mudroom and not put back in their normal place. The dryer vent that connects to the outside was left disconnected and we were told that that was not part of the repair? I have had this dryer serviced before from another company about a year ago and everything was returned back in its place and reconnected fully.
