Texting, after you were aside, calling me by my last name is wildly inappropriate and rude.

I don’t know how I would survive without A&E. These people are amazing if they can’t help you, they will help find they have people that will and usually have an answer for you when they come. I have dealt with so many repair people in my life I must be an appliance troll because every appliance I get needs repair within 5 to 6 months and I never seem to get people that are willing to help they come. They stay for 10 minutes. Talk on their phone and leave without doing anything not at A&E. These people are wonderful. I rate these people five stars every time.
