Washing machine becoming unbalanced during wash and spin cycle. I checked the suspension out on the unit. The suspension is very stiff. Nothing wrong with the rods basement floor does have a little bit of an angle to it so I readjusted the two front legs and told the customer to love the clothes out when using the unit.
