I give A&E Parts & Service a 1 — very dissatisfied. A&E showed up about 4:55pm, examined my microwave, and was gone by 5:03pm. I was told “a part probably had to be ordered.” I then asked if I would receive a text/email/followup re: my microwave, and was told “you might.” As of today, I’ve not heard from A& E. Fri., 8.28.2026, 1:23pm

John arrived right on time with the fix in hand, and got in done in under 30 minutes. Did a fantastic job!

Best appliance repair ever!! John had the parts on the truck so the job was a quick fix. Also a good clean up.

It took three visits, but since the parts were not working properly, Brian , on the third visit, the new part has been working fine. It’s nice to have my washing machine back to working order.

John did a good job and was very cordial. My only issue was being that he was here for only 5 minutes the $130.00 minimum charge was hard to swallow. In a case like this you should maybe consider something like a $75.00 minimum charge. Thank you, Ron
