Recommend replacing the unit due to a collapsed drain tube water pulling into refrigerator section. House has a strong odor..

Installed replacement defrost heater on hot point top and bottom refrigerator.

Timer was not picked up from the office will be rescheduling appointment

Will be returning Friday to install replacement lit switch customer states unit intermittently having an issue going into spin cycle

Customer has goal plan through consumers would recommend they replace the unit. Current issue at hand customer unable to do any clothes due to an intermittent electrical discharge also suspension related issue which more than likely had something to do with the electrical problem.
