Installed new LR drum roller. Lubricate rest of unit test all okay

"Found unit was left over with excess suds, grime, and dirt from years of built-up cold water usage. Advised of TUB CLEAN* cycle please run it once a month with vinegar. Also, after done with every usage run an extra drain and spin cycle. This will keep excess water out of drain sump and keep that rotten water smell from accumulating over a few days before using it again."

Installed new main control board and tested operation in spin cycle.

"LG refrigerator needs water filter replacement along with a new icemaker, icemaker assembly, twisting when cycling ice cubes into the bin ; ordrng 1 LT1000P (Water filter) and 1 AEQ73569902 (Ice maker)"

Installed front panel and user interface control test all operations okay . .5 additional labor needed

Found spider arm starting to deteriorate. Advised customer she can still use washer but it will get worse.

"D 90 error code appearing on user interface Samsung front low dryer found restriction in exhaust ventilation actual tubing from the dryer to the attic was clear restriction occurring at the exterior vent located on the roof. Removed what debris I could get to from in the attic dryer is now functioning, but still recommend the customer remove the inner lint screen from the exterior vent or replace the entire assembly"
