Well you wasted 2 days of my time waiting and a half day of my wife staying home from work. When you arrived, you stated you do not work on LG dishwashers. This was a consumers energy appliance plan repair. Maybe you should ask or communicate with consumers…is this an LG dishwasher? Instead you had no consideration for our time, our time off work, showed up and told us this. Terrible experience all around when SIMPLE communication between you and consumers would have avoided this
