"Da92-01692d main control board Samsung French door, refrigerator, roughly a year old customer complaint refrigerator, no longer working no power no lights on interior of the fridge. Checked outlet found correct voltage no lights on the main control board would recommend replacing control board advised customer to contact Samsung and explain his issue. Called because happy with prior service calls and repairs when needed. This time I went through Samsung first because of known ice maker issues with their refrigerators. They wanted to charge me considerably more just for the service call. A&E has always been fair and reasonable. Because of the cost to repair a very expensive refrigerator, I decided not to fix the issue just turn the ice maker off until the whole refrigerator is ready to replace.
