The repair man said the washer needed the nut that kept the spin basket attached. He ordered it twice and said it didn’t fit, he couldn’t fix it and I would have to buy a new washer, charged $90 for diagnostic fee and left. I called Samson and they can send me the nut for $43! I do not understand why he could not get the part and fix the washer. It’s a nut! He was friendly and professional, which is why I gave two stars, but he didn’t do the job!
