BAD FF COVER ASM DA97-12608A

Customer states washing machine no longer working stagnant water is sitting inside of unit found faulty drain pump. Checked main control board and wire harness both in good condition. Customer had concerns about the clutch due to previous appliance repair technician. clutch tested using multimeter and is within range of a working component. Control board has constant power going to the drain pump drain pump owns out to about 45/50 ohms which is a bit too high almost double the regular value. Overheated component

Installed new icemaker auger motor assembly freezer now dispensing ice

Installed door boot test all operations okay

Installed new cut off fuse on Samsung front load gas dryer unit now operating correctly

Installed new evaporator fan panel and reset ice maker. If ice not produced will order new ice maker and return. DA97-07603B

Replaced main control board.

Install dryer roller and belt test all operations OK. Also installed drain pump assembly for washer test all operations OK no leaks drain good

Range is so dirty. Customer not home last time I had part. Had to reschedule. 3rd time going Customer home this time. Burner knob wouldnt turn. Found bad valve stuck and wont allow knob to turn. Replace valve after waiting 5 months for part. Knob turns freely as it should. Now that the valve was able to open another problem occurred. The surface burner orifice and holder wake packed full of crud. Spent too long trying to unclog caked orifice. Would require surface burner orifice holder and extra labor. Please advise if you would like us to order the part and proceed with the repair DG62-00111A DG62-00060B

Installed new drain pump test all operations okay

Installed belt and pulley

Installed new suspension and tested.

Found filter and pump full of debris. That jammed the pump not allowing it to drain and causing it to fry the main board. Not worth repair

Recently installed new thermal cut off customer called back about a week later stating the dryer has stopped heating found the thermal cut off blown check a few other fuses out before replacing cut off found that the unit was overheating due to the high limit being stuck in a closed position

Customer stated washing machine was not working properly and they havent used it since the issue came up. Ran washing machine through spin and normal. No issues found everything seems to be functioning properly couldve been an unbalanced load originally.
