Cc of unit not cooling in FF section. Ice buildup on front frz door left side. Dismantle ff section and remove ice from bottom of air handler. Confirmed ff damper operation through NewFi. Reassembled ff section. Remove frz door and dismantle section. Clear ice around door. Clear ice on floor and around harness connections. Confirmed air returns and lower air handler in FRZ are not obstructed. Confirm door gasket seated and sealing properly. Frz evap running correctly with condenser fan motor confirmed both visually and through NewFi. Evaporator coil does not have even frost patten. Coil barely had frost pattern at all. Top right of coil where charge comes into unit was frosted.Checked defrost system though NewFi confirmed heater turned on manually. Reassembled freezer section. Refrigerator compressor failed NewFi Test. Pulled unit and removed back panel. Cleaned condenser coil. Inspected capillary tube to filter dryer heavily corroded. Units compressor has been running for some time. Unit must be low on refrigerant due to leak. All other mechanical and electronic operations okay. Found no obstructions to deice. ; saved tckt

Cc of streaks/stains going down door. Found its inside the interglass of door some how. No way to get apart and clean from the inside. The entire door assembly needs to be replaced. Part number WB56X2098Part is not covered. Out of pocket cost for door would exceed price of new unit
