"Samsung dishwasher showing 3C error code, which would typically indicate a drainage fault but in this case is related to the circulating wash pump main motor. Customer stays unit will wash halfway through it cycle and an error code would appear on express wash. I witnessed the unit stopping at 58 minutes and pausing. Dishwashing machine also has no model number or serial number tag. Would recommend the unit be condemned due to parts and a problem, finding model number and serial number."

This is due to a few reasons after inspecting the unit I found a unit to have a worn outclutch a bad transmission, faulty lid lock mechanism. The unit is also very old really no telling how much longer the unit will last even if we go through with the repairs, but due to the cost, I would recommend a replacement unit. unit has several spots on the frame that have developed rust from overtime and will continue to be an issue in the future."

"Installed a warranty user interface (UI) on the unit. After installation, both the top and bottom sections of the appliance were completely unresponsive. Inspection found that the new warranty UI had shorted the main PCB. In June, the unit had a prior service where both controls were balanced, and at that time the repair was successful with only the UI replacement. Unfortunately, during this service visit the main PCB was found to be unresponsive after the new UI replacement, and repair will now require replacement or repair of the main PCB. The additional repair balance is estimated at $280. However, the required part is expected to be difficult to obtain.
