"Responded to a service call for a unit with the customer complaint that it was not self-dispensing from the dispenser assembly. Using SmartHQ diagnostics, found and cleared four irregular fault codes. Performed a firmware update on the control, which required five payloads. All five payloads were successfully completed and verified. Ran manual diagnostic testing and confirmed that all valves are functioning properly. The circulation pump is operational but producing some noise during operation. Advised that if dispensing issues persist, the dispenser drawer assembly may need to be replaced. In the event the entire dispenser housing and valve assembly require replacement, part coverage would need to be confirmed. Noted that the unit has a dryer stacked on top, which would need to be uninstalled and reinstalled to complete a future repair if necessary. Also advised customer to run self clean and change from Kirkland off brand soap to tide. Tide has thinner viscosity would prevent clogs in future."
