Replace lock and test all okay

Installed replacement lid lock assembly on speed queen top load washer. Unit now functioning properly

"Lid lock not properly working customer stated washing machine was being used when the cycle ended. The door was not unlocking. I believe the lid lock assembly malfunction or got broken in the process of them opening the lid. Customer being charged 300 parts, labor, and tax; ordrng 1 205222 (Lid lock)"

Customer just bought the dryer from Sergeant appliance they called us to set up an appointment to come and take a look at it. Customer was saying it was no longer heating and it hadnt heat since she purchased it. Remove the panel found the dryer needing a replacement a igniter. She called sergeants because she didnt want to have a repaired unit when she just purchased it. Theyre gonna stop by Monday to deliver a new dryer.

"Suspension springs seem to have a little more play than usual, causing the tub to intermittently. Hit the side of the washing machine walls. Recommend replacing springs install set up for Thursday p.m. between 12 and two ; ordrng 4 37575 (Springs)s"

Tighten rear hoses. Found hot side was leaking slightly.Test all operations okay. Valve (205547p)

Tighten rear hoses. Found hot side was leaking slightly.Test all operations okay. Valve (205547p)

Removed lint and replaced coil kit.

Removed all lint and replaced drum rollers.

"Plumbing related issue on speed queen top load washing machine drainage back up recommend contacting a plumber to snake the line out with any built-up debris, washing machine working flawlessly no leaks found"

"Customer stated his washing machine was intermittently leaking and could not tell from where I did not see any water deposits or water callus on the base of the machine near splash plate, water valve or water pump. However, I did find a leak at the laundry room. P-trap told the customer about that situation along with the floor drain being located directly under the washing machine. I suggest that he have a plumber come and check out the floor drain think that that may be backing up at some point since the floor drain is directly connected to the drain tube for the washing machine"

Lifted agitator and removed a lot of debris Need refrigerator order open for damper and thermostat/thermistor in FF section
