"Installed replacement friction ring customer complaint unit walking out from wall. Also found that she had installed felt pads on the bottom of her washer legs, which would definitely cause a washing machine to slide across the floor."

Customer stated speed queen washing machine with no longer draining. Customer said the washer would just fill up with water and sit. Ran two cycles back to back well on site washing machine did everything it was supposed to do. I checked the lid lock lid lock is fully functional drain pump is working no issues with the gear case capacitor or motor timer is also working as designed no issues with the unit found

Installed replacement dryer igniter and gas valve coils on speed queen gas dryer unit previously not heating due to a cracked igniter.

customer complaint washing machine shaking excessively making tons of noise during spin cycle. I would recommend replacing suspension springs

Will be returning Friday in between 12 and two to install replacement dryer igniter round and gas valve coils.

Customer stated washing machine was leaking found drain hose laying on the floor wherever it was tied to it was not secured stuffed it inside the pipe coming out of the floor check the machine for water leaks and oil leaks found no oil residue anywhere hundred percent sure the machine is not leaking. Any oil machine is not leaking any water either

"Customer complaint newly purchased speed, queen washing machine, leaking and laundry room. Customer show me a video of the washing machine pouring water out. Took front access panel off washing machine ran through test cycle checked for leaks found no leaks at the water valve drain pump tub seal, drain hoses or water lime. However, there is a floor drain which sits directly under the washing machine. I do believe at some point that drain is getting backed up and sending water to flood laundry room no rust spots or hard water drops found anywhere on the cabinet of the washing machine.; O-emld tckt"
