Brian was excellent and very customer focused in his repairing of our clothes dryer. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was outside of his control. Your company is not sufficiently customer focused. The time window for an appointment is unnecessarily long and should be 2 hours duration maximum. You control the assignment of repair personnel and set the appointment time to meet the availability of the customer. At the start of the 4 hour appointment window you currently require, based on the route established for the repair technician, you could text or call the customers in that window and let them that they are likely to be in the first two hours, the middle two hours, or the last two hours of that window. Thus your customers will not be required to wait more than two hours and will be freed to attend to the other tasks in their lives in the portion of those four hours that the repair technician will be assisting other customers.
