Didnt collect anything. Old machine was making noise in spin. Replaced Gearcase and clutch. Now it makes noise in spin :(. Customer is going to use it hoping it quiets down and follow up on Monday. If it still loud we will try another Gearcase. Pain in the. If its quiet well collect $280. ; schdld next appmnt for 11/18 MON AM

Jeff was honest and Gave us good direction on how to handle the problem with our whirlpool refrigerator. It works fine now thank you Jeff! As far as the dishwasher is concerned, he was clear that it was a poor design by GE and we should just get what we can out of it rather than dumping $500 into something unnecessary thank you A&E and jeff
