Austin listened to my concerns and explained what the problem was. He checked the machine and explained how he would be able to repair it. He made recommendations on care of the machine. He arrived as scheduled and completed the job. He is knowledgeable and thorough.

The service tech came out told us the problem and said he had to order the parts, then called back later in the day and said he wasn’t sure and to find someone else to work on the refrigerator because e their company has some issue with GE. Basically he wasted our time and now we are waiting for another tech from a different company.

John is a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, experienced, repairman. Wish all were like him!!
