The service tech came out told us the problem and said he had to order the parts, then called back later in the day and said he wasn’t sure and to find someone else to work on the refrigerator because e their company has some issue with GE. Basically he wasted our time and now we are waiting for another tech from a different company.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, Harry. Our technician acted in good faith based on the information available. We hope the next company can address your refrigerator issue promptly.
