A & E was there on time and we also was able to get an appointment the next day even signing up for an appointment after hours. John was very polite and professional. Repaired our refrigerator and did not make unnecessary repairs. I will definitely call them again for all my repairs in the future.

After 3 times coming out first 2 times replaced heating element,heat sensor and a control board oven still not functioning properly. 3rd time told needs main control board and wasn’t worth repairing. Today I pulled out to install new stove and half the screws missing and side falling off. I now worry that possibly something is not tight the way he left everything loose. Also, his test meter had all broken wires. I don’t even know how he could test anything. I gave him new leads.
