Easy to make appointment. Repairman called to let us know he was coming arrived promptly fix the problem and was on his way. All in all a very good experience.

The representative came out to repair our oven however when he arrived he informed us that our range was of commercial grade and didn’t have the necessary parts to do the repair. What’s puzzling is we informed Consumers upon our initial call that we had a Bertzzoni brand oven ? We would also appreciate in the future if the repair person could remove their boots / shoes or where covers .
