UPDATE NOTES TO SB. REPLACED CUTOFF UNDER WARR. UNIT POPPED NEW CUT OFF IN LESS THAN 10 MINS. HAD CHANCE TO CHECK VENT. ITS COMPLETELY OBSTRUCTED. ALSO VENT RUN IS 35+ FEET!! FACTORY ONLY RECOMMENDS 10FT AT MOST. 6FT FOR BEST EFFICIENCY. ADVISE CUSTOMER TO REVAMP VENT. BEST WOULD BE TO HAVE PLUMBER CUT HOLE IN SIDE OF HOUSE FOR NEW DRYER EXHAUST.

My dryer stopped working so I stopped into A&E Appliance to buy a part I thought I needed. I explained my issue to the man at the counter, and he advised me this wasn’t the part I needed, and informed me the correct part/issue. I scheduled a service call appointment right then and there, and they had it fixed 2 days later. I was grateful I didn’t waste time buying the wrong part and trying to do it myself. Dryer works great again and I’m thankful for the quick turnaround! Thank you, A&E Appliance!
