The quickness with which A&E responded was good. They came out the same day and resolved my problem with the oven. My problem began when I was given the receipt for the payment. The gentleman went out to the truck and returned with a generic receipt that had no information on it, company name explanation of cost etc. I then ask him to text me a receipt from his tablet. We did so and then he left. Never received the text. Called twice to the company to have them email me a receipt for my records. It took them the remainder of the day to send it over. It was in a format that could not be printed and also had no details of what the changes were for. It was on their letterhead. This was my first time using their service and all of the chasing of my bill made me uncomfortable. If you were proud of your company and want to reassure your clients that you will back the #Warranty, as well as detail your pricing, you will need to do a better job at invoicing.
