He did not fix the problem. He insisted the oven worked fine because it already had a new igniter. I told him it would shut off. He said there was nothing else he could do because it heated up. Well, he left and the oven did shut off. I had to call back again. It was a waste of my time. Another repair man checked it and said it needed a new control board.

Professional and friendly

After unsuccessfully trying to get this job started (only one of the companies on Angle’s list bothered to call back-with an outrageous quote to just come out & another company I found from a friend never returned my calls), I was told to give A & E a try. At this point I had no expectations. I called on a Friday afternoon and had a service call set up for that Monday morning! On Monday, I received a call to say repairman was in route, he arrived and very quickly located the issue with my Whirlpool ice maker, then made a repair. Ordered an additional part that arrived just a few days later, and returned the very next day to make the install. Prompt, professional and courteous! Fair and reasonable pricing! My only regret is not knowing about them sooner! You won’t be disappointed!

Chose A&E based on customer reviews and was not disappointed. Easy to book our appointment and our service tech Brian was great. Called before arriving to let us know he was on his way, very patient as we asked questions and within a short time he was able to let us know the problem. Gave us a written estimate before leaving and explained our options for making our repair decision before he left. Service call cost was reasonable. Will definitely call this company again in the future for any appliance service needs.
