Brian knew the product and knew what it would cost to replace the transmission. It was more than we wanted to put into 7 year old appliance. He agreed and recommended a replacement which we purchased and love. It takes an honest knowledgeable repairman to diagnose the issue so quickly. Brian was polite and worked quickly and we gladly paid the service charge for his time.
