We needed a new ice maker for our GE Refrigerator. We’ve been a customer of A&E for years, so it was a no brainer to contact them. Jeff came out, installed a new ice maker quickly and efficiently. 3 ice makers later we now have ice!! A&E was very understanding, accommodating and accountable to get us an ice maker that would work in our refrigerator. Jeff was friendly, apologetic and professional each time he came to our house. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their work and truly understands “customer service”. Thank you A&E!!
