John did a good job and was very cordial. My only issue was being that he was here for only 5 minutes the $130.00 minimum charge was hard to swallow. In a case like this you should maybe consider something like a $75.00 minimum charge. Thank you, Ron

My service appointment was updated online and I knew when to expect John at my door. He was very professional and friendly. When I explained my issue with the refrigerator, he knew exactly what to check and quickly took apart the components and showed me what was wrong. Although the part was no longer being made, John tried with phone calls and online searches to find a replacement part. He was very sincere when he apologized for not being able to fix the problem. We have dealt with A&E Appliance for many years purchasing parts and now know their service department is also top notch.
