I could not have asked for better service, faster, service, or a nicer repair person than John. I called for service right after the holiday and they were not only able to get someone out same day but within a couple hours. When John arrived, he was very nice and found the simple issue with my refrigerator, which was my fault. However, he did not make me feel, foolish or silly in anyway. He also went on to explain a little bit more about my refrigerator and how the water system works so that I would be all set in the future. I really appreciated his time and how he treated me. I would recommend John and A&E to anyone with an appliance repair need. Thank You
